ICPS statement on war in Ukraine

ICPS expresses its solidarity with DCP Help and the whole cerebral palsy community in Ukraine in these dangerous and troubling times.

We call on all parties to respect the rights of persons with disabilities and to recognise the devastating impact of armed conflict on the most vulnerable in society.

We are working with partners to help the families of children and vulnerable adults with cerebral palsy in Ukraine, including by securing safe passage to other countries.
