Cerebral Palsy Siblings Around the World

Venue : Online
Online Panel and Exchange
Cerebral palsy is the most common form of childhood-onset disability. It has a huge impact on the lives of the people affected.
Less attention is paid to the impact on the brothers and sisters of people with cerebral palsy. They are carers, comrades, competitors and champions for their siblings.
The aim of this online panel event is to shine a light on the role of siblings in the lives of children and adults with cerebral palsy around the world.
Manu from Sri Lanka has an older brother with CP.
Ruka from Nigeria has a younger sister with CP.
Nikola from Serbia is the father of twins, both of whom have CP.
Together, they will help us understand better the impact of CP on the sibling bond - and vice versa.
